Marketing Specialist
Marketing Specialist will focus on crafting and executing social media strategies tailored to clients’ needs while contributing to the growth of the agency’s business through marketing, events, and exhibitions. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to enhance client engagement, online presence, and overall campaign success.
Experience:
- Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies across multiple platforms tailored for each client, ensuring alignment with their brand identity and objectives.
- Track competitors’ social media strategies and campaigns to identify opportunities.
- Create marketing plans, including detailed social media campaigns, content calendars, and budget proposals and other aspects.
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and event-related campaigns to drive engagement and leads.
- Plan, write, edit, and review high-quality content tailored to target audiences, including promotional materials for events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with trending topics and client objectives.
- Manage the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and production to post-publication monitoring and reporting.
- Attend client meetings to present strategies, provide updates, and ensure alignment with their goals and expectations.
- Prepare professional presentations and monthly reports to showcase campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the events team to develop marketing strategies for exhibitions and activations.
- Support the planning, execution, and promotion of events, ensuring seamless integration with online marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Experience: +4/7 years of experience in the same position of agencies with proven data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Required: Make at least 8 successful campaigns with proven details with Experience in the Gulf market
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of media buying, Communication, Leadership, People & Time Management, Great interpersonal, Budgeting, Organized, Creative, and Multi-Tasking skills, Very Good to Excellent in English, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, and a Marketing Diploma is preferred.
